Great coffee, I had the pumpkin cream cold brew it was boom!!! I even got a happy birthday from the lady at the window. Thanks for making my morning wonderful.

My wife and I have been a customer for as long as this Starbucks location has been open.  We have been satisfied with the customer service over the years, however recently it has taken a steep decline.  The drive thru is extremely slow and the customer service inside has also declined.  Just this morning I was in the drive thru and finally pulled out of line to go inside since it was so slow.  I was just sitting there burning gas.  I went inside and the customer service was not very friendly.  My wife also recently went to get coffee and they did not even have any coffee brewed.  I am writing this mainly to bring this to Management's attention.  This needs to be addressed or they will really be having complaints.  Hopefully it improves.

Drive-thru lane is usually extremely lengthy, they serve very slowly, so expect anywhere between 15 to 25 minutes of wait time. Going inside is a bit better. You can use the restrooms inside and order. Yet you can not sit inside. It is only outside sitting. Nice place with friendly people inside.

I’ve given this Starbucks several “chances” to redeem themselves and every time I leave upset and dissatisfied. The employees are not knowledgeable on their own menu and every. single. time. theyre rude like they don’t want to be there. Today was my last straw as I was asking the girl about decaf options and she seemed so irritated and of course wasn’t sure of the answers. This wasn’t during a rush so it’s not like there was customers behind me waiting to order Oh and to top it all off today, they’re out of whipped cream. Which was told to me as she was handing me the drink i ordered for my daughter. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different Starbucks.

I just drove by this Starbucks it's Christmas day.... And there open not even the grocery stores are open I feel so bad for these workers I'm sure everyone can go to the gas station or make coffee at home so these poor employees can spend Christmas with their families like everyone else my heart hurts for them I'm a general manager at a restaurant and we're closed we understand family time on holidays

This Mary Claire is the best store manager ever. Every Starbucks she touches turns to gold.  Love her and this place!

I've come here a lot for a few years now, and service, staff, food, etc. is always great. The only problem I've ever had is that at times when I come to study, the volume of the music over the speakers is a bit too loud and I can still hear it even with headphones in, which can be distracting. A good location otherwise, one of the best in the area.

I've been here many times. The customer service is great, and the Drive-Thru was quick, but their Mocha Cookie Frap is lacking compared to other Starbucks locations. It just tastes like soggy cookie water and the chunks are barely noticeable. I say this after ordering it at least 4x. Please amend this.

This Starbucks always makes the best drinks and their staff is friendly. The only problem I have is the wait time. The line is always long and they seem slow to prep.

I LOVE this new location. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well, very friendly, talkative, sociable. Theyve never made my drink wrong. I pick up for my manager as well whom is very peculiar about her food and coffee, and she has NEVER complained. They are very clean and keep up with sanitizing.
