I’ve gone to this particular location 4 times now. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, respectful and responsible. The inside is clean and well maintained, and the vibe is exactly what you would expect when walking into a coffee shop.  The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my coffee order is always wrong. Even when they remake it for me, it’s still wrong. I’m still relatively new to ordering and enjoying Starbucks, so this might just be a regional order situation. I normally order in Cook county, and it’s always right, and the coffee I order is on the displayed menu. At this location, my coffee is not displayed on the menu, and there seems to be a bunch of confusion when I order it. I’m thinking my coffee order is not a normal menu item for this location. It’s an iced caramel mocha coffee, so nothing too crazy and complicated.  Even though I’ve never gotten the coffee I’ve ordered from them, every single cup I have received has been absolutely delicious, regardless of what it was. Still highly recommend, as they always get my family members orders right.

Great new remodel of this location. Fast, friendly service for our carry-out as always. Paid attention to my request that pastries not be heated, but still put them into paper sacks for ease of handling. Very thoughtful!

Great place with great staff. But no seating? How did corporate decide this was the best option? Like it makes no sense, the starbucks in the middle of an area with stores and restaurants. It feels so weird to suddenly take all the furniture out.

I used to love this Starbucks and I came here to study, but ever since the new remodeling it’s basically just a drive through. Which is sad that they took out the seating and tables idk why they thought that would be a good idea. I’ve seen the owner reply the same thing to other comments like this saying to but in more feed back and gives a link but I highly doubt they will listen to and actually do something.

This is the worst starbucks I've been to. Service was dismal. My cup wasn't even filled. Incredibly uninviting interior which could get really crowded the way its set up. It use to be one of my favorite locations. Should have just switched it to drive through only.Food: 1/5

This is my favorite place to be besides home. Staff is friendly and accomodating. One problem, they don't carry my favorite coffee, "Morning Joe". Hey guys, when are you going to carry this coffee. It's the favorite of many people that I know.Food: 5/5

The new layout is less customer friendly. The line for ordering blocks the pick up area.... They removed all the tables and chairs. Now it's just a blah coffee pick up place.Food: 5/5

- One of the best coffee places - Has good breakfast sandwiches - Limited edition drinks - Reccomended? Yes. - also reccomend going inside to order, the drive thru lines are too crowded

Still weirded out by the lack of seating and bathrooms.  I get that Starbucks isn't a public rest area, but the change is still jarring.Food: 4/5

Totally shocked to go to my favorite Starbucks to find NO seating at all!  They have turned it into a drive thru or pickup only!    What a turn around!  No more a place to meet a friend, or quietly sit with a coffee and a book.  I hope this is not a trend because seriously…I don’t like it!!
