Customer service very good no problem with that. Here is the big problem i am not picky if i get a drink and it has something missing thats not to bad i take it and smile. This is a very high class ritzy area you would think quality would be good oh boy was i wrong. Never ever go here please i ordered 2 strawberry acai lemonade refreshers we did not customize just how it comes we get down the street both were water logged it literally had maybe a little bit of syrup so i go back and they remake them and this time the syrup tasts really bad as if its old or spoiled. Please do not go here the quality is very bad first they hardly put any ingredients and the ingredients they did put in seemed very bad tasting.

I was there yesterday 9/28/21 to pickup my coffee& breakfast, line was pretty busy and suddenly system crashed, i was expecting no service anymore since system was done, but steve the manager handled the situation so professionally, he gladly offered free food and drink and was helping his staffs to continue giving service to customers!! He was so friendly and welcoming!!!

I come to this location at least twice a week!. people here are awesome specially Julia she always welcomed people as soon as she sees them walking right through the doorwith a "welcome to Starbucks" and I personally get a "have a good day"Wich I'm pretty sure everyone does as well all the time!!!. Thank you guys for great work and making my iced matcha latte!...

Short staffed, so long wait. Barista was working their tail off. Felt sorry for them. Call aheads were arruvung and still waiting. Guve yourself plenty of time if you are heading for a flight.

Went on 8/2 and it looked like they were not only closed...but possibly moving out?

Good service. Convenient location next to John Wayne Airport. Its a smaller Starbucks and this one like every other one will have your typical patron that will take up a table with their laptops. Parking can be a challenge but there's always someone leaving the small parking lot.

Decent little Starbucks but not as big as some other locations. They also don't have any outdoor seating or tables. Parking is also very limited here. That b by said its a nice store with great staff who always get my coffee right. I like the banana bread they sell it's pretty good.

I have visited this Starbucks before work and always get friendly service until today 02/05/2020. Today was my day to pick up Starbucks for the office. I placed my order and everything was fine until my drinks came out and I got an hot drink instead of a cold one. When I told the barista her face had ATTITUDE all over she grabbed the hot drink and threw it in the trash without saying a word to me. She remade the drink but threw a fit the whole time and made sure I saw her. Then she just slides the drink over to me. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE! I tried to get her name but did not see a nametag on her. However, She was young and had a ponytail but she clearly has long hair. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!!

Not my cup of tea or should have said cup of coffee for the price you pay. McDonald's coffee is as good and a lot cheaper. Just my opinion
