Worst Starbucks ever. Come here multiple times a week ordering the same thing 2 at a time and they can’t make the drink correctly ever cant even make 2 identical drinks on the same order. Literally after 5 times in a row incorrect orders it’s pathetic. Didn’t line the cup or extra drizzle come on!

When I walked inside the establishment I was immediately greeted by someone who was wearing a headset by the drive-thru window. My first impression was wow, how inviting! There were baristas busy working on orders so I asked the person who greeted me if she had someone who could assist me with the Starbucks App. She asked an employee who was very friendly and sitting at a table if she would help me. I was so very surprised and grateful for the team of them assisting me with explaining in detail the App and placing my order. Thank You SO much for the excellent customer care this morning! Oh—the iced caramel macchiato that I ordered was really good and I will definitely be ordering it again!  Dietary restrictions: I was informed they even have sugar-free options for those who need, prefer or want sugar free. Great!

Love, love, love this location and all the employees there!! I'm always greeted with smiles, the service is quick and drinks are always on point for me..

On 12/19/22 I had a very pleasant experience with a young lady working at this location . I had questions about whole bean coffees .She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions.  5 stars for this location from my experience!

WORST Starbucks. I've had 3 bad experiences with the muskogee location. Today was the last straw. Ordered 3 drinks, then they pulled us around front along with 2 other cars and bring out 3 drinks and one was wrong. So I took it in and tried explaining what was wrong and the lady sat there arguing with me over one drink. At the 3rd attempt to explain, I just told them forget it! Then they bring the CORRECT drinks out right after I walked out. ‍ So rude.

Only downside is they didn't have matcha or oat milk that day so I had to do a Chia tea latte with soy. Not. As. Good

Friendly. The Baristas greet you as you come through the door. I love that. Coffee is always fresh and hot. I had the breakfast sandwich with hot sauce for breakfast it was delicious.Food: 5/5

I love Starbucks! If your looking for an amazing drink, I recommend the Pink Drink. There are so many options to choose from! They have iced and hot beverages. The staff is also so polite! They also have a really good bakery options. My personal favorite is the chocolate cake pop! If you ever see a Starbucks, I recommend stopping by and getting yourself a quick treat!
