Good coffee outlet in the mall with the seating is good and have good space. The quality of coffee was yummy and good. Staffs are friendly and happy to help. This is my favourite Starbucks. Good location near the entrance to Macquarie Shopping Ctr and the main bus station. Friendly staff. Quick service. Variety of drinks and good coffee. We ordered an Almond Cap, Chocolate Frappe and a Cinnamon Scroll...yumm! Plenty of seating area. We'll be back next time in the area.

First Starbucks I’ve visited in Sydney and I can see why it’s a popular choice! Although most of these chains are built similar, this one had a friendly worker atmosphere with a nice team. My server was welcoming and service was speedy. Had an issue with my order, but the staff were immediate in rectifying it. Coffee was fresh, well balanced, and the danish was warm and flakey.

One of their many branches. It is located on the ground floor of the mall. It is adjacent to the street. Parking is easy as it is part of the mall. They have plenty of seating inside and outside. Service and quality is typical Starbucks fare.

Variety of delicious drinks at Starbucks made very well. Fast service, friendly staff and nice presentation. I tried the Sakura frappe, has a nice strawberry flavour and looks very pretty. The coffee frappe tasted very nice too, with a good amount of sweetness. Only negative is the paper straws which are at all Starbucks, but it is so difficult to use as the paper goes all soggy, and I have to replace with more straws at least 2 times, so I recommend to bring your own straw. But the drinks are very yummy and service is great, I highly recommend.

A great Starbucks location and the go-to local hangout for my partner and I. Attentive customer service though the new trainees have stuffed up my order a few times. Can highly recommend this location as it's quite conveniently placed and you can grab a beverage whilst you wait for the bus.Food: 4/5

Pros: A nice coffee outlet with good zones of billing, shopping and waiting in queue.the seating is good and have good space.The quality is good. Staffs are agile. Gift points concept are very useful.  Cons: The veggie roll was pathetic . The iced caffechino could have been better.

Poor service. They don't tell me a SALTED caramel Macchiato is $1 more than a regular Caramel Macchiato. Only after I asked why because on the board it states $7.15 and I get charged $8.15. Then they take my name and don't bother to call it out while I am waiting. What's the point of taking the name if you don't call it out when it's ready. Really unenthusiastic staff. 11:04am visit - Thursday 20th October.

3 month old carrot cake by the look and taste, crumbled so badly. Or maybe it's a new item being introduced. Crumbled carrot cake, hmm not bad. Could possibly sell better with a new name change after 3 months once product doesn't sell as carrot cake  Counter staff looked like she wanted to go home and crawl into bed instead of serving customers

Very friendly staff. Fast and efficient. Store conveniently located near the entry to Macquarie Shopping Centre and the main bus station. The Sydney Metro entry is located about 200 metres from this store.
