Its a good place to study and chill. It can get cold at night so bring a jacket, they blast the AC lmao. Friendly employees, except they gave me water with no ice when I asked for iced water hehe. Lots of room inside, very cool place. Hopefully no one breaks into my car while studying! Place wheel locks on your cars, ppl can take advantage of you.
super slow. they made my drink wrong , i asked for hot but the wait was so long i had to get back to my work. the drink also tastes better at the starbucks on willow and lakewood
Great starbucks. They close 11pm. We always drive to this one because they have good service up until 11pm. Other starbucks start falling apart the last 30 minutes to close. They double checked at the window for what I had orders to make sure order was correct. Will come here because of that. And also tip. Drive thru is available.Food: 5/5
I love starbucks. I've been to this location a few times with no issues and had a normal starbucks experience. Today I went around 10pm and my expirence was frustrating and humiliating. A little back story, I walk and take the bus to work. This starbucks is by my job. Before I went to this Starbucks location I checked on the Starbucks mobile app and Google for store hours. I didn't want to walk to the store if they were closed. I was excited to find out I can pick up a drink In store until 11pm. Around 10pm I did a mobile order. I arrived about 10:15pm to the store. The Starbucks doors were locked and the employees were cleaning. I showed my order for through the window, hoping they can hand my drink through the door. A few of the employees mouthed to "go around", meaning go to the drive thru. I mouth back and signed "I don't have a car". Most, if not all, of the employees gatherered behind the counter, talked amongst themselves and ignored me. I walked to the drive thru window. One employee came to the window and told me the lobby closed at 10pm. I showed her my phone and let her know the app should have told me I couldn't order In store. She proceeded to tell me after 10pm they can't let me in the lobby. I didn't want to be in the lobby after realizing the doors were locked and they were cleaning. I wanted my drink and be on my way to work. I would have been ok with someone handing me my drink at the door and informing me about the correct store hours. Instead I felt ignored at the door and humiliated because I had to walk through a drive thru for my In store order.
When I walked in I was greeted by the barista at the espresso machine making drinks. When I got to the register, a person had just finished paying and walked away. The barista at the register walked away and I was left standing there for about 2 or 3 minutes before someone walked up and said "what can I get for you?" No greeting. No one acknowledged me while I was standing there waiting. Back in the day, baristas would greet you and acknowledge you standing there, taking your order while doing other things. Or at least saying "I'll be right with you." Everytime I come here there's no acknowledgement. I'm currently still here and I ordered 10 minutes ago and my drink still isn't ready.
Not the cleanest or most efficient Starbucks I've been to, but it's ok. Register person must've been new. Made lots of mistakes. Needs more training. Bits of papers around seating area. Could be cleaned up more. Look for the oil rigs outside for location. Birds nest on signage too
Even though I was let down with the amount of time it took to get me one drink, I can never give Starbucks less than 5 stars! I just hope Managment looks over comments and understands why and how I did this.Food: 5/5
Worst location you would think it's going to be good in a wealthy location but it doesn't matter wrong orders and watered down frappes I knew I should've went to tierra Mia instead or even McDonald's please if frappe are ordered why can't you guys do a simple task and favor to everyone and make it with enough ice so it can be a frappe not a drink this was last night multiple men one woman worst baristas coffee cake sucked cake pops where the only thing that was alright.
Filthy store with extremely unattentive staff. There were at least 6 people behind the bar. Yet the station had no creamer and it was filthy all over. The two cashier's were chatty Kathy with what appeared to be an off duty coworker stoping by for her free Starbucks pods from her other coworkers. #starbucks
Starbucks is cool but it seems the police always want to come here and harass me when ever I'm there. This why BLM!
