Had a weird experience I was making a call in the sun outside and felt like I needed water. I had been working at Starbucks with my service dog since about 9am Once I asked for water I waited about 7-10 minutes while I saw them shaking up Frappuccino’s and making complex drinks. I then said, hey just checking on the water “sorry to bother you” and they responded “it’s in the queue” which is laughable because I go to Starbucks in La Jolla and Del Mar where they just hand it to you. How does it make sense to wait on a water pour…and make more complicated drinks in front of a thirsty customer? Also, since I didn’t “order” at the register, how do I know as a customer, that I’m in a “queue”. Then the person who poured the water for me said “do you not see the water coming out?” Not sure what that was about. He was just jabbing negativity. Oh swell. 1 star for a losing team. 12pm, Thursday, February 9th 2023
They kicked my sister out of the store because she was having Parkinson’s dyskinesia. There has been no apology or compensation from this store or the company as a whole.
They don’t seem to follow the recipes cause the caramel ribbon crunch frap here has tasted like cinnamon, and sometimes it is pale and doesn’t come with the coffee flavor it usually has?? They don’t really fulfill requests either so it’s a waste of money to come here. The one off winter gardens blvd is the better Starbucks , I’d go there instead.
Great service, I had made a mistake on my part and the young man on the cashier with out a fuzz helped me get my wife's drink right. All im saying is he was a Life saver.
Worst service!..never gave us our debit card...called in they said I'd have to show id...no problem..went to the drive thru & brought the ID for the debit card...gave me huge problems !! Said I had to come in & wait ...wouldn't let me get my wife's card because she wanted to call the cops saying I was screaming!...smdh...I was not screaming but I was frustrated due to the fact the worker at the store wouldn't return the card after I showed ID!...this is the worst experience I've ever had in a starbucks or any place of business
The staff here is so sweet. Mostly ladies and they know their regulars by name and welcome them warmly. they keep the place spotless and i love coming here after a workout at my gym just across the street West Coast Elite
I am over starbucks. 3 times in a row my drinks haven’t been made correctly. I have been to different locations and they never consistant. So i ordered a Tentra Mango Dragon fruit Refresher with LIGHT WATER and 4 scoops of dragilon fruit pieces. The drink was way too watered down. They definitely did not add the extra scoops i requested. I had already left before tasting it and did not want to drive back to get it remade since gas is not that cheap right now. Will not continue to purchase their products.
I asked for light ice and said he could not do that for my refresher and instead added a lot of coffee to my Matcha Green which does not contain coffee
