So sorry I cheated on Small Coffee to give Starbucks a chance. I got a caramel crunch frap. It tasted like water ,slush, and milk...just bad. The crunchy pieces could have saved it but there weren't hardly any and absolutely no caramel taste. The lady knocked it over and I thought she was remaking it so I went to my car for a tip for the trouble. I think she just added milk and stirred it up because.....just no. Couldn't even make myself drink it and they closed before I could take it back. Didn't receive a receipt also

Staff was pleasant but they forgot the coffee in my drink and it's straight frappe syrup. I turned around to come back and get them to fix it but the entrance was blocked with cones. Also no number to call and see about getting a replacement later. I know kinks and all need to be sorted out so soon after opening but I can't even get a refund for my drink or get it fixed. I spent an hour in line and money for a drink I can't drink.

I’ve never had a bad experience here! I went the first day it opened and my order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I’ve been going at least once a week and every time I am greeted with the most kind people, whether in the store or through the drive thru. Stopping by again today! Thanks for everyone’s super hard work! Keep it up!

i realize they are new but i sat in the line for 40 minutes today with only 4 cars ahead of me. i don’t care if they’re new or not 40 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me is unacceptable. i could’ve went to hattiesburg and came back before i got my drink in that line.  i ended up not even paying for my drink and just left and so did many cars behind me.

Very friendly staff with a everyone's welcome atmosphere. It took a while to get my drink strawberry refresher - but come on they just opened and they have been packed from open to close so the wait was expected and  it was well worth it.

I haven't been in the morning time but the evening shift needs to hire people who know how to make coffee. Yesterday I had ordered a vanilla latte and it was the flattest untasty latte I ever had. If you don't drink coffee you wouldn't understand.

Absolutely horrible . The workers obviously were not given the proper training to make coffee or drinks . The total design of this building is completely insane you can’t get out of the line if it takes too long and you can’t park because the drive thru line blocks you from getting out . Just everything about it is messed up hopefully it improves . They answer the drive through line like “ welcome to uhhh Starbucks “ . They don’t repeat the correct sizes , they say small medium large . Not like any Starbucks I have ever been too I feel like I’m in line at McDonald’s or something

So excited that there’s finally a Starbucks in Laurel!! Coffee was amazing and the lady who took my order was so sweet!

Closes at 2 PM every day which is ridiculous! The Manager stated it was because she is working to many hours! Sounds like you need to hire more workers, pure lazy!

It was about time to have a Starbucks in Laurel but let me tell ya… this people are rude I’m not racist or anything but when it comes to black people at window they always rude and no greeting or anything  sucksss
