Came in at 7:52 and the 4 people behind the counter said they’re closed while they sat around on their phones, this isn’t the first review saying they’re turning customers away and I feel like it needs to be addressed. You are paying them to work, right?

I just go to this Starbucks to get a drink and or a sandwich and was told the oven was off for the night so they couldn’t make sandwiches. I said okay and ordered my drink, they then said they could “TRY”to make my caramel macchiato, but it may take a really long time because their espresso machine is about to break. It’s Saturday at 5:57 pm so I don’t understand why they turned their oven off already. Seems to me like the kids working didn’t want to work so they just shut everything down. That’s horrible customer service. How can you expect your business to stay afloat when you have employees literally turning away customers? Will never go to this Starbucks again.

Absolute worst Starbucks. I get Starbucks daily from another location came here to get an iced white mocha extra shot expresso Was 100% wrong, but I didn't realize till I left. Two out of four employees standing around. Waste of money.

The place was a bit crowded. No room for the lines. There were a total of 7 people and in line. Just not alot of room for people to wait for their drinks. While they handed out the drinks it was also very disorganized. They took some people's names but not all. So they would set the finished drinks down and walk away which led to people grabbing the wrong drinks. When we finally did get our drinks it was so strong we stopped and got sugar to add. We got an iced mocha and a hot mocha both were so strong it made us gag. Not what we were used to. We will be sticking with five lakes coffee.

They're not always 5-star, but they are when Katie is working and makes a  Caramel Ribbon Frappe to die for. I won't get coffee anywhere else.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!  Every time when I go there the staff have a sullen face and not doing their job well. They never made good coffee. If I get coffee with cream, it tastes so milky. If I get black coffee, it tastes burnt coffee. They take orders wrong every time because they don’t listen what customer says. I ordered one iced coffee and they charged me for two iced coffees and I had to head to customer services in the Kroger which where they located. I wasted my time!!!!! That’s the last time that I went that Starbucks!! I will never visit again. I wish I could take the pics of my order before I throw to the garbage. HORRIBLE!!!

First of all when I went there I ordered my order then I waited on the waiting line then when I asked how much time it was going to take and they told me that I didn’t order my order and then I went away then I thought to give them another chance so I went there again and then I ordered my order again then I waited again on the waiting line and they did give me the coffee but they messed up my order....never going to that Starbucks again   Andy another thing the employee’s were just  and also when I tasted the drink I threw it away in one sip  WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!

Worst Kroger Starbucks I've ever been to. Out of many items an just blamed other employees for the problems

I ordered an iced matcha latte extra sweet and the girl behind the counter had an attitude and made sure to put extra matcha powder in it so it tasted bitter. I think I'll stick to going to proper Starbucks stores and going to ones in Target from now on.

I usually don’t do this so the fact I felt I should warn people not to go here is saying something waited 30 mins watched 5 people get a drink before mine who were there after me messed up my drink remade it gave it to someone else i politely asked to just get a refund cause I had groceries and needed to go they told me the don’t do refunds I asked why she shrugged I said well can I get it put on a card or credit for next time again told no I said well can u remake my drink cause I still haven’t got either of mine. After all that it tasted horrible  threw it away. Will go to Dunkin’ next time.
