I had a few papers to sign, and this location was a good meeting point for myself and the other party. Wemade a good choice with this location. This was a very nice location !!! It was also very clean and well kept , plenty of space to sit and enjoy coffee. There is plenty of room to meet up with friends or a quick business meeting over coffee. We got two coffees faster than I have ever received a Starbucks drink before, which was very pleasant !!! Not to mention, the drink was perfectly made !!! We used the big round table , I don't believe we reserved it, but there were signs up about reserve that table if needed. Everything happened so quickly and efficiently that I couldn't comment on how nice anyone was because, well, we were sitting and drinking coffee before I could even think about it . That is obviously not a bad thing,  but in fact, some of the nest customer service skills you can have. I'm not always overly impressed with most starbucks , I usually have an average experience at them, but this one was definitely an excellent experience !!!

Never have I ever gone to a Starbucks and ordered a white chocolate mocha frap and got one with no coffee. Literally just ice milk and flavor. Then was lectured about how I have to specify if I want coffee?   I have never had that happen at any Starbucks ever.

I usually love going to this location because it’s convenient and I get my coffee in a decent amount of time.  The only thing I’d say that is a dislike is when I’m going through the drive through and they  ask for  a tip. Don’t get me wrong, I have left tips before when I felt compelled to do so but asking me and then making me feel bad if I only tip a dollar when my coffee is 4.75.  Since when do drive through ask for tips? Again, I’m not against tipping when it’s warranted but also don’t make me feel bad if I don’t tip over 20% to make a coffee. That is all.

The barista prepared one of the best Caramel Ribbon crunch frappes I’ve ever had at this location.  Deserves the 5 stars for sure.Recommended dishesFrappuccino

Excellent mobile ordering experience at this store.  Keep it up Tri County.

Maybe we came in at a bad day, but this customer service could have definitely been taken up a notch. We are not and were not difficult customers. However, our drinks were made wrong and we were treated and talked to as if it were our fault for their mistake. Unfortunately, we went back the next day. We believe in giving grace to any establishment. However, the service was still terrible and the drinks were done wrong again!!! They were on the menu and nothing complicated! Will not ever go to this location again!

Fantastic service, have ordered in several times and it's always ready when I pull up and is always perfect. They have been very pleasant and make my early mornings much better! Will continue to use this Starbucks.

The  legendary guy that used to work at Game Swap in the mall now works here! His customer service is still amazing! Glad to see the fellow is still around.  Food and coffee great!

Grabbed 2 Frappuccino's through the drive thru, Customer service was wonderful! I'm more a McDonald's Frappe kinda girl,  the prices and points are much more satisfying, I rather enjoyed the visit this time!!
