I ordered the Caramel Frappuccino Ventil double blended with lots of Caramel drizzle, however when I  got home I  realized it was not double blended, no Caramel drizzle and coffee didn't taste good at all. Tried calling them to complain and the phone is switched off or off the hook and unable to get through. I'm just not happy about this

This starbucks is so spay and cute.  Has lovely seating. Staff is pretty lovely, and they make your drinks with a smile.  We had the cappucinos coffee cake and cake popsFood: 5/5

YEAH- Recently opened Statbucks in a new retail plaza.  Mobile ordered this morning and everything was correct and ready just as we walked in.  The place is modern, clean, cozy and comfortable with ample inside and outside seating as well as offering drive through service.  Staff were attentive and friendly during our visit.  Highly recommend.

Order was correct and baristas seemed nice but the shop smells… like sour milk smells…. Really weird honestly.Recommended dishes

Waited in line for and I’m not kidding 20 minutes. They don’t prepare the mobile orders in the drive thru until you’re at the window. It’s not cold, but adjust your day around that.

Overpriced, but good location. I mean if you enjoy Starbucks, then you'll enjoy overpaying when you have a Dunkin Donuts that's been there for years within eye shots distance.Food: 2/5

Staff is great and drinks are pretty average. This place also has a well designed layout for doing work inside, though the ludicrously loud music makes it difficult to do so unless you’re accustomed to working with a cacophony of noise around you.

I have tried to be patient with this location because they just opened. At this point I'm done with the location and will resume at McDonald's for my coffee. Ive been here 5x and 2 out of 5 was ok.  This morning after spending $9 for a grande caramel macchiato with 2extra shots of espresso and a cheese danish toasted at the drive thru. I get a cold danish watered down coffee. Starbucks your not all made the same       Update from my review 2yrs ago! I was hoping it would be better! I have come here on three different occasions and got the same results You ask for a Venti a tall or a grande with very light ice what do you get?  a cup of full ice with your ice coffee. It’s like a rip off they give you more ice than coffee. I just want it cold that’s why I say light ice! I will even say very light ice or no ice! Do you all listen and you’re just on cruise control this is ridiculous to pay over six dollars for a coffee and you can’t even get what you actually order.

Do not ever waste the energy to walk in and order a drink here in Vails Gate. Order it beforehand online, or go through the f line however long it is. They place personal personal customer service at the bottom of the list here. They're all nice nice but
