I enjoy this particular Starbucks because the staff is super courteous, and the wait time if you don't order ahead goes by so much quicker than any other Starbucks in the area. The only problem is that it is much smaller compared to other Starbucks. They have a long bench with a few tables and chairs, and it feels like you are sitting on top of one another with no personal space.
I have got to say this is absolutely the best Starbucks I have been to. All the baristas are great, but I’d like to give a shout out to two of them, I’m sorry I don’t know your names, even though you know mine! One has pink hair and the other is shorter with black hair that’s always in a bun/pony tail and wears glasses. Thank you for always consistently making my Carmel Ribbon Crunch awesome. The Starbucks that are near my house never make my drink well, I even had to stop ordering a large and start getting a medium because the large would be just all ice it seemed. Anyways thanks for always being great!
My go to Starbucks, simply due to location. It's Starbucks, so if you don't like their coffee, you won't like this one since they do it the exact same as the other ones. Staff is always friendly and gets my orders right, so nothing to complain about. The only thing I would rate as a negative, not that it's really their fault, is that the building is placed so that people in the drive-thru will eventually spill out into the parking lot and make it impassable. Would recommend coming in off of Calumet and parking at the restaurant next door, and then walking over. Parking: Parking lot is kind of cramped, but usually has spots. What you need to worry about is the drive-thru blocking the entrance, which will happen if there's more than two or three customers in line for it.
My iced coffee was perfect. The woman in front of me ordered 12+ drinks in large caddies good lord it was a spectacle and my mobile order was ready on time. Parking lot is kinda goofy though.Food: 5/5
Wow!! My Starbucks was in the house today!!! I’m sooooo excited! I never get anything!! This MADE MY WHOLE YEAR!!! I live in chicago near the whiting Indinana boarder and I make the 20-30 min drive to this Starbucks because it’s my favorite one! I never have an issue at this location and everyone in the drive thru is always so kind and friendly. I know I pass 2 Starbucks to ge to this one but it’s because of the service is why I make the trip to this location and today just made me so happy and excited!!! Thank you munster location for going above and beyond and always being so awesome!!!
Christmas Eve, 1:30pm, plenty of employees working however the absolute worst service! 17 minute wait for my drink. Finally get it and it doesn't taste good.
The Starbucks and Munster is fine. The line is super long to get anything. I think I waited about 25 minutes to get a coffee... but wasn't in a rush so it didn't matter. They are s little pricey, but I like their non dairy milk options.Food: 4/5
The drive-thru employee needs to learn some manners before working with the public. To laugh while your customers are trying to place their order is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
This Starbucks was very busy when I stop by about 10 a.m. this morning.there were 12 to 15 cars in line, and the outside parking was not adequate. I had to park at a neighboring store's parking lot, to go in, and you know they don't like that.but, the product was good, even though I had to wait just a little bit, and the service was adequate. As I said, parking was a challenge and the line was quite long for drive through.
I ordered through Uber eats and I asked for my bagel and danish to be warmed and they weren't. Is it that hard to get my order right? Very disappointed. It would be nice if the workers would prepare orders as if it were for them, with the same kind of consideration they would want.
