Terrible, absolutely abysmal service. Every single time without fail the staff at this location messes up my mobile orders and even in-store orders as well, they will always miss one item and then I’m forced to wait in store and waste time for them to prepare an item that should have been made already and they have an attitude when I politely let them know that my item is missing. What is even the point of ordering ahead when I still have to waste time in store anyways? I always tip at Starbucks too but NEVER at this place because they don’t deserve it. How do you habitually mess up orders like this? It’s insane, and they act like it’s the customer’s fault that they messed up the order, like what? Extremely unprofessional, I never want to step foot into this location ever again if I can help it. Only way I’ll go back is if the staff miraculously becomes competent and caring as they should be or there’s an entirely new staff that’s courteous and can do their jobs properly. 1 star is even too much for this place. I got my morning coffee from a deli down the street and received faster AND friendlier service, and it was much cheaper than Starbucks to boot. I do love Starbucks, but this location is a huge NO and you just lost a customer. You guys should do better and take pride in your work, just saying.

Worse Starbucks. Ghetto and they don’t even get your order right. They mess up my Uber order and don’t fill the drinks to the top. This is what they gave me. Also they added almond milk and when I clearly stated I wanted oat…I’m highly allergic to almond. Bad customer service and they don’t even answer the phone.

I tried the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade today.  It was not bad.  It looked good.

Had 9 minutes to catch metro north with 1 person ahead of me and the place particularly empty. I hate the fact that I tipped and didn’t even get to get my latte. But the one star is simply because I’ve been calling to get them to make a note so I can come back and get my latte without being charged and I just can’t get through

This place is very childish, all the worker have to under 25 or in high school. They walk around laughing and hitting on each other while the customers have to wait. These kids need to be replaced with adult who know how to work. Waited almost 25 for my order  l a coffee while they all talked ish to each other.

The bagel was hard as rock, ask the barista to give me something else cause I can’t eat it and little lunch was gonna have with my last money. She said “well you’ve ate it already” of course a little piece that was soft but I couldn’t finish the rest hard as rock, I wasn’t lying I just wanted a full bagel. Sometimes just believe the customers beside that we always right.

Nice café to have a great cup of coffee. I really enjoyed my visit to Starbucks. Friendly staff, it was clean, and as you can see, it was good and I was hungry!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
