Not enough seating inside and no restroom for customers. Generally inconsiderate of the customer experience at this location. If one of your restrooms is out of order, you should allow customers to use the one that is working.

I am rating so highly because of Grace, the manager. I went thru the drive thru. Everything went as expected.  I got to my destination and went to take a drink of coffee, and the coffee was so hot, the cup collapsed in my hand, shooting hot coffee all over me. My hand, chest, and lap got burnt. I was wet, freaked, and in pain. I settled myself and immediately called. I didn't want this to happen to others. Grace answered the phone and was so understanding and genuinely concerned. You can tell when they are faking concern. She actually listened to me and my concerns, and I was completely satisfied with her resolution. Every company makes mistakes or has issues,  but it's how they are resolved that makes the difference. Grace made a difference.

Went to get a quick drink just for the worker to start making our drink and not even finish it because they got busy talking to their regular customer definitely seem like they knew each other. Not only they not finish making our drink, they quickly moved out to make and serve their regular customer and began chatty with them for a good amount of time WHILE someone had to pick up their job. Totally unprofessional. Definitely should’ve at least finish serving the other person before making someone else finish their job and keep people waiting .

DO NOT GO HERE!! They suck all around; except this very cheerful older man who they don't deserve. Very disappointed. Double thumbs down   Today I went there expecting to only pay $3 for each drink due to the deal for grandes. Being a Mom I was busy entertaining my kids, and I guess I missed to mention that I was there for the deal. Poor customer service. I was looking for a simple rectification when I realized I was charged full price for both drinks. Their solution was you could order again, then use it. Are you fing kidding me??? I have frequented this Starbucks many many times with no issue. Always happy with the service and drinks. Well, now I'm removing this location from my go to. And I will pass this along!! Management needs to go to a class on customer service! Along with getting rid of the ditzy blonde chick that answered my call.

Drive through is wonderful.  Inside is abysmal, there is no place to sit, only one in-accessible outlet and boxes everywhere.Food: 5/5

Went in on Father’s Day with my Father’s Day coupon. Two minutes ago ordered at 11:56 didn’t receive my coffee until 1159 and got told I can’t use my coupon because it’s two minutes away then received my coffee and it doesn’t even taste right. Then going to Starbucks for eight years never been to this location never going again.Food: 1/5

Is a friendly location, I love the outdoors tables ,you can relax with friends, but if you are in a hurry there's drive thru

Drive thru for the best coffee around and of course never forget the pup cup!Service: 5/5

Got a pistachio latte this morning and was pleasantly surprised to receive a drink with coffee that is strong without a hint of being singed and steamed milk that was perfect with noticeable foam on top.  It's been a long time since I've had  froufy coffee I've enjoyed this much from a chain.
