Fast and friendly baristas. Order mobile if you are in a rush, however they are usually pretty fast. Weekends are busy, drinks always right. Ice coffee taste can vary but usually fixed if not the way you want.Food: 5/5

My go to Starbucks in Ottawa. Very quick service, drinks always taste amazing, and employees are always very patient with me hahah. The store is clean, the music is always good , and their employees are awesome! They always take time to make sure I like what I ordered !Food: 5/5

Some places you go because they’re great already, and some places you wish you could stay because it’s beyond amazing!  I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years and years with fondness, and the gentleman who served me, Bryan, could not have known that but he still treated me as if he did! In fact, he seemed to treat everyone who came in for the time I was there like that. Unwavering friendliness and an outgoingness so contagious you couldn’t help but want to chat with him!  I think, for however long you have this gentleman, you should cherish it because he is wonderful and definitely made both my night and my long journey to visit family much greater than it would have been if I had not stopped by! The staff is overall friendly and provide great service.  Today the barista was Andy, they were fantastic! Providing suggestions and creating a new delicious coffee experience!  I enjoyed a seasonal coffee, made with heart

Came here Tuesday Oct 17 around 1pm. Place was packed, like 12 people in line, Uber guys non stop. Considered just leaving. Staff handled it perfectly, from the cash to the drink person. Friendly and genuine the whole time. Great to see, unlike the dumpster fire at Bells Corners Robertson Rd location. That place is a joke  Thanks to all for the great attitudes and service

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for a while since It's close to my work. The staff here are generally pretty good, and some of them know me and will ask me how my day is going. The location is pretty small and sometimes seems understaffed with long line ups. What I'm really fed up with, and it's really a complaint about Corporate, is that they have not brought back the self serve bar where you could fix your own cup of coffee with cream, sugar, etc. Other coffee shops brought them back ages ago. If I ask for two milks in my coffee, one day I get too much and the next day too little depending on who's making it. And I like the brown sugar rather than the white the staff always put in. I'd really rather just fix my own if I'm just getting drip coffee. I've been going to Bridghead more often because they have a self serve bar again. Also, the fact they they got cheap with their rewards program and now you need twice as many stars to get anything with them is annoying, like prices haven't gone up enough. Starbucks used to be good, but they seem to be declining in my opinion.

Excellent service, staff are well versed in the most optimal way to pay and earn points.  All parts of store are clean and well organized.  The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming.Food: 5/5

The barristers keep making the wrong drinks, either they can’t make them and/or not reading. I am personally lactose intolerant and order oat milk specific drinks, Brown Sugar OAT Americano OR the Shaken Espresso are my drinks always. And the past few times they have been using milk and I have been sick 3x after ordering there, and am sick right now because they just did the same thing again….face swollen. Unacceptable!! If we are paying $7.06 for coffee you GOTTA get it right. We can’t be dumping our hard earned money done the drain. Ughhhh!!
