What happened to Starbucks?! Not sure how long it's been this way as it's been a while since I've been to one. First off, where are all the drinks they used to have?! The menu has like 8 items on it. My husband and I ordered iced teas. We were taking them to go but they didn't give us straws. I looked at the condiment station and it was bare; no straws, napkins, sugar, nothing. Is theft a problem here!? I didn't want to be rude so I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before one of the girls noticed me. Keep in mind, I was the only one there. Couldn't sit down either cuz they removed all their tables & chairs and replaced them with one long bar. If you want to sit, it has to be next to whoever is there. Finally, we got our straws and left. The only reason I even gave this place 2 stars is because the iced passion tango tea was delicious.

The people working there give off a weird vibe and are not inviting or anything. The guy there just dropped off the drink and left without a word spoken, I also asked for a mango dragonfruit lemonade and it looked like this.Food: 2/5

Not very welcoming nor do they acknowledge their customers when you walk through the door like other star bucks do. I’ve never had this experience with any Starbucks but this oneService: 1/5

I visit a lot of Starbucks locations, this one is my favorite! Why? Because of the staff. They are the Best!!! Great neighborhood feeling, lots of regular customers being greeted by first name, while the baristas are simultaneously serving a brisk drive through business.Food: 4/5

Mobile Ordered 1 grande white mocha. Arrived and they had a notice that the lobby was closes. The line of cars was all the way out to the street. A Starbucks rep opened the door and handed me my drink but locked the door. When I got back to my car, the white mocha was just iced coffee. The Barista must have missed the syrup because I taste no white chocolate. Only choice was to get  back in line and wait or leave. I had to go I had other things to do.

Nice employees & Great place for studies and small business meetings . Always Welcome with a smile the the cashier , smile can go along way .

Drinks are usually ok. Frappuccinos aren't blended as good as other locations, and half the employees act like they hate their jobs. Amir? served us, and wow, was he rude....stepped back real quick to laugh and say something over the headset as well. The vibe in the place does not pass compared to other locations.Food: 3/5

I came in today on 01/29/23 to get a couple of drinks, I asked for a Grande Vanilla Ice Coffee with 2 EXTRA pumps of sweetener and cream in it, the guy said absolutely, but when they called my name and i went to get the drinks my iced coffee was made wrong, when I said it was supposed to have cream the Barista said it doesn't come with cream, that I have to ask for it, I said I did and he put Milk on the label, and pointed it out to her, the staff at this location always has nothing but attitude no matter how polite I try and be
