When ever I go to a place I always look for good customers service & good food . Right ?! Wrong I give great reviews to places I go and always expect the highest expectations , understanding some days aren't the best but this server was honestly the rudest server and super impatient with me being rush time I understand it's tough but I expect more from you Starbucks

What a service! With a 50% off drinks on Wednesday these days, I understand staffs can be overwhelming. But not this specific place. I am shook by the service they are providing to all customers specially the guy who is giving out the orders. Their enthusiasm and energy can’t match anywherelse! So thank you to all the staffs for their amazing services. They all deserved a raise.

My best experience ever at a Starbucks. Chris and Jay were the absolute kindest of people, and brought such a positive feeling to the day. Highly recommend and thank you.Food: 5/5

poor service and very rude staff. Today, 50 minutes after closing, the bathrooms were closed for no reason. When I went to ask they told me they would reopen them only after 20 minutes... clearly a lie!!! In the end they kicked us out of the club in such a rude way and with very aggressive communication methods full of insults!!! I definitely won't set foot in Starbucks again... congratulations to the manager he should be fired!!!!

Their bathroom is closed but they will send you to Wendy’s which is also closed. Horrible people. People wonder why this city smells like piss. It’s because of establishments like this.Food: 1/5

I just entered the Starbucks on Broadway and bond and it was just the best experience. The staff was warm and so engaged with their customers. I was immediately spoken to and asked if I needed more time. They spoke with so much fun and laughter while being so professional. They really made it worth stopping in. Great staff. We need more people like them.

Came in here asking for water and the waiters were rude lol. Not just to me but towards those asking for a sleeve. Super hostile environment and would not recommend the staff here.Service: 1/5

Quite a cozy place to work or study, plenty of plugs and not very crowded. Stuff is very friendly. However, the worst bathroom I’ve ever been to. Smell in the bathroom is so bad you can faint. Also, bathroom has graffiti on walls, doors, mirror and even trash bin, that is not properly cleaned.
