1:25 Sunday November 19th!! To the lady working the drive through window. Sorry my daughter decided last minute that she wanted a cake pop. But your face showed exactly how irritated you were. Maybe a lesson in customer service and a little remind that your customers are the reason you even have a job.Food: 5/5

Great service and fast drive thru line. Parking lot for this location only is surprisingly huge.  Is a big place. For large geoups is  a great place for meeting and have a cup of coffee.

Very bright sunlight just the way I like it. Clean inside and out. Very clean restrooms inspite of fairly heavy traffic thought the day. Outstanding customer service with a smile and came around later with FREE SAMPLE Marshmallow treats!! Excellent place to get outside the box to do some work. Surprisingly great. Outstanding Customer service. I like the way they handled a person in transition who just became a little too comfortable spreading out to much and overstayed his time and was trying to set up his own campsite in the place.whicj made some.guest a little uncomfortable. It was resolved very diplomatically in getting the person to leave. I'd recommend this place to grab a cup and unwind while.working if needed very spacious didn't feel cramped like some other SBuks. I'm here every other day w a friend or two, maybe just me on that solo tip just hanging around trying to catch up. I take advantage of their free wifi & free iced cold venti water haha. Chill place to watch a movie on your laptop while letting it charge. There is a fair amount of homeless in the orangethorpe town center, but they're friendly and don't bother anyone. They just handle there scandal& that's there business NOT mines. They hang out inside the strbks taking advantage of what they have to offer to a non paying customer.  PROS; Free WiFi. Free Iced Water. Charging stations. Restrooms. no cost needed  CONS; Homeless. Dirty Restroomsless TP or None at All Less Seating. Less WiFi data. More careful w your belongings.  Went based off the store on 1101 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832 by the Sherman Williams Paint Store& across the street from in &out.  Kid-friendliness: I wouldn&#39;t bring any kids under the age of 17 here, like I said. A lot of homeless/drug addicts&amp; there&#39;s always someone in strbks that has or needs there drug of choice&amp; always ends up being Fentanyl !! Never misses.. high chance of a Kid or Teen buying from them..

Online said open but it was closed. Waste of a drive.

On the App & on Google maps there is no way to tell if the dine-in is open. This location says they are open until 11 PM, but that is just drive thru. Dine-in closes at 7 PM. Grrr!!!Service: 1/5

I went to this starbus for the 2nd time and this people don't care foe customers at all.there rude and make customer more then 7 min to get the order at the drive thru and when ibdrive to the window there were there talking and leaving me wait for another 5 min , this is ridiculous I been in alot of starbucks and there great but this one not. Never go back here.

Ssssssllllllllooooooowwwwwwww at 9pm Friday. Management, staff up your “partners” to speed this up!
