Ordered a iced latte and they gave me 80% full cup. Asked if the sugar free syrup was in there and the representative said it's in there, he pre made it?? Not satisfied with the look or taste of it.Food: 3/5
A very rude employee hung up on me after he asked me to repeat what I said. Perhaps training on how to treat customers would be a good investment as well as having the calls recorded for training purposes. Thumbs down for rudeness that’s not the Starbucks brand.Food: 5/5
Normally I love Starbucks but this location gets three stars because of the wheelchair accessible entrance having two difficult doors. In addition, that entrance is usually full of sleeping homeless people do not want to displace them… but difficult because of the very unpleasant smells and sights happening. Unfortunately this makes the atmosphere two stars. Wheelchair accessibility: Area is not clear many times throughout the day.
Just an average Starbucks. Dirty tables - as usual, but nice large windows. The staff is ok : thanks for the latte.
This is the best drink I’ve gotten from Starbucks, thanks to the amazing Kristina who actually put my extra caramel and her vibe was just Amazing. I will definitely be coming back to this location.Food: 5/5
I have a love hate relationship with starbucks. I never really had a problem with them until covid hit and they started closing the bathrooms. The bathrooms would have a sign on them saying that they were out of service. Now I like to go to Starbucks to sit there and use my computer I never had a problem with anything until that. I pretty much stopped going because every time I went to a Starbucks the bathroom so close. How can you take and spend some money and sit there for 2 or 3 hours while you're spending money. And there be no bathrooms. So I stopped going. This particular Starbucks Not only was clean the folks were wonderful we are part of the SAG after strike so I got that has nothing to do with this but they let us use their bathrooms the bathrooms with clean they invites and and the Starbucks continues to do this and help everyone then I give them two thumbs up and I do mean to thumbs up when you have 200 300 400 500 people on strike they have to use the bathroom and not necessarily purchase anything and they invite to send God bless them with that said thank you very much continue to read like my reviews hit that like button and subscribe. Always order online for pickup 15-20 minutes ahead. 80% of the time they are late, which I can understand. Today Saturday, the app says they close at 5 pm. I ordered at 3.40 the app said it would be ready at 3.55 I arrive at 4.00 pm they said they close. Not even have my order. Most unreliable branch.
So I was in town just for the day and I stop at location #14442 and had the pleasure to get amazing services and I mean above and beyond. Trevean Owens manager at the time of my visit definitely had an amazing team during my visit everyone was so helpful great customer service. Thank you so much
No bathroom or outlets. If your looking for a place to work while sipping on a coffee or two this isn't it. Otherwise it's great!
Was able to park with my hazards on for a few minutes while I ran in to get a latte. Staff was surprisingly in a good mood and helpful at 8:30 in the morning. There were several online orders but I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my order.
