I have a great experience every time I visit this Starbucks! It is so nice to be greeted with a smile! The coffee tastes great and I enjoy interacting with the Starbucks crew, they are what makes this location so great! Keep it up you guys!!Food: 5/5

I would like to start off by giving a compliment to the manager, Shandy. He is very polite and a true gentleman. He makes you feel welcomed when you enter the store. I go there daily and never experienced a bad visit. Also, the second person I would like to give a compliment to is, Tiana. She is a very professional and kind person. As soon I walk in there, she is already making my drink and very polite. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the seating outward is very nice and comfortable. The rest of the staff is very friendly and fast pace with bringing out my orders. Thank you very much guys and five star review all around. See you guys tomorrow!

I am not the biggest fan of this franchise and I most certainly always seem to get the wrong drinks or they’re just not that great? But today I really needed coffee before going to work and found myself at this location. Fiza saved me!!!! So helpful and patient, what a star!!! Manager if you see this you don’t deserve her. Drinks I’ve ordered and hated before she helped me adjust too. Might even come back. Anyways, Fiza you’re employee of the month.

Loving this Starbucks. So glad they popped up on 46! The staff is amazing and the vibe and decor is super cozy. And pretty huge for a Starbucks. I don’t think I’ve seen one this big in any one I’ve been to in Jersey. The staff is great and the drinks all came out spot on. Just want them to get that Wi-Fi working  Thank you all. Keep up the great work.

This is the strangest Starbucks. Location is great. Drink are always okay but the service is horrendous. They basically have to “check” for whatever you order. I have ordered everything from coffee to food and everything time they say they need to check. It’s wild. Needs someone to come train on operations.Food: 4/5

Their drive thru sucks… they take so long to make a coffee + I ordered online to pick up and I got there and it was closed and saying that i need to pick up throught the drive through and wait 20 more min…Food: 5/5

Honestly this place doesn’t deserve any stars. Every time I come here drive through or online order, I end up waiting forever. It is ridiculous how long they take. And every time I am in line ask for something to eat they always have to go back and check on every single item. This place needs a better management cause for the money they charge i expected better costumer service quality

I ordered on DoorDash a Trenta drink. Please look at this pathetic photo of the smallest cup I’ve ever seen.  Update: Owner responded to my comment saying DoorDash should handle this. However it’s clearly written on the sticker that it’s a TRENTA and the STORE gave me a miniature cup.

I’m really big on reviews and I wish I would’ve read them before I chose this location. We were on our way to Willowbrook so this location came up on google. 2.5 stars.. HMM.. How bad could it be at drive-thru?  I always order through the app and pick up through drive thru. I’m literally in the drive-thru line right now, have been here for 20 minutes or maybe more. Each car in front of me has probably waited 3 minutes to get someone to order at the speaker, then another 5+ minutes to actually get to the window. This location gives Starbucks a bad name. Even my mom just said they’re taking so long.  My chocolate cold foam is most likely chocolate milk at this point.  DO NOT COME HERE!! WORST LOCATION EVER!!

Great location and amazing staff, they are nice to every customer and welcoming to everyone that comes into the cafe. Drinks are on point and made according to personal preference. They are made quickly too with no hassle. Happy to finally have a Starbucks in my town   keep up the good work!!!
