This starbucks location is located on sunset and Fairfax and offers free parking. The location is great and staff is friendly but make sure to lock your car doors as there are some people always looking to take advantage.  Enjoy your coffee and be safe!

I've been to this Starbucks location many times now and like every Starbucks I've ever been to, it was great!  It's clean and organized, the staff are friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and patient.  We sat outside on the patio area that overlooks Sunset Boulevard and enjoyed a relaxing morning with great coffee and friends.  #gratitude.  Thank you, Starbucks.  Always a winner.  Parking: There is a free parking lot right behind the Starbucks.  Parking is difficult in LA, and free parking is extremely rare, so it's a very nice bonus to not have parking stress.

I placed a mobile order for a few tumblers and reusable cold cups through the Starbucks app. When I arrived to pick them up I was told that they did not have them in stock. They would not cancel the order, and they refused to refund to the original form of payment.  They insisted  that they could only provide me with store credit. The store refund card is useless if you only order ahead. In order to use my own money that Starbucks had owed me, I would have no other option but to go into Starbucks and order in person, which I never do.  If you can not fulfill the order then you return the amount paid. A restricted use store credit is not acceptable nor equal to a refund..not even close!!.. I cant think of any other business who does this.. do better.

Been here 6 days in a row, ordering the same two drinks. Each day they mess one part of it up and the price has never been the same.Food: 1/5

Absolutely insane! Every time I go there; a simple americano is somehow 2$ more expensive than usual and it’s never made right. They look down at you for not giving tips- with a huge creepy smile. I regret even accepting the greeting and saying hello back. Everyone- 4$ drink turned into 7$ and yet tastes the worst . Excuses and no refunds even after they say they would. Never going there again.

Love Starbucks! And Hollywood Starbucks just brings that cool edge to your coffees! Great service too!

Google maps had me turn right at the intersection, but I now know that there's a one-way entrance off Sunset BEFORE the corner that I could have used. Signs indicate parking fees or validation needed, but not currently the case. Pleasant outdoor seating with music. Get bathroom code from barista!Service: 5/5
