As a single mother I was having a troubled cold morning with a sick toddler. From the moment I walked in; although busy with inventory  CeCe acknowledged me and had me wait on another associate from the back. With urgency Tay arrives and had the best attitude! Offered menu items and very patient. The most important thing is he made my sick daughter smile. He made her feel welcomed. And even gave mom her props as well. Destiny made the best drinks for me and baby girl and smiled the entire time with great conversation. She was the first to greet us walking in. This type of service is important. Especially here based in DC. Gives the neighborhood a different vibe. I’ll see you every Sunday! I pray it’s the same shift! GANG

I came to the Starbucks today to chill for 2 hours I ordered trippio espresso conpana with caramel drizo and white chocolate sauce I paid and left a tip The barista made my drink but I forgot to ask for ice when I did get the drink there was missing white chocolate they probably remade my drink at the right amount of whipped cream drizzle and sauce experience went from a zero to a 10.

This place is conveniently on my way to work, and I must say, it's thanks to the coffee here that I arrive with energy and ready to face the day.Food: 5/5

Worst Starbucks in the DMV; service is unnecessarily sluggish, employees are unprofessional, unapproachable, loud, careless and semi biased. The items I wanted to try and already tried were all out. Waited close to 18 minutes for non heated pastries as well as a hot wrap that wasn't fresh either. When your order is made you aren't informed called by name rather your order in placed in a pile of more ready orders for you to come and pick through. Lastly, employees are too focused on very personal and sometimes derogatory dialogue amongst themselves and personal outside friends. Starbucks is great but expensive, I at least have earned a basic greeting never recieve respect and a thank ever so often, instead I pay a dozen of disrespectful and out of touch persons to mistreat me..that's insanity and as of today I will spend my funds at a FRIENDLIER location.

Customer service could've been better for the money they expect. The sausage croissant is better at McDonald's, but the chai coffee was absolutely delicious.Food: 2/5

Drinks are watered down at this location. Had the same drink made twice they are mixing water in products to stretch only in southeast

This location is neat, clean and overall friendly. I encountered a super unprofessional cashier who greeted me with, "it took you long enough, you were standing back there forever" his manager was on the Frontline and you could tell she was tired of the immaturity of the staff member....I corrected him very quickly and got someone else to take care of me.

My favorite Starbucks. Cece is amazing and is always so pleasant. And my coffee is always HOT.Food: 5/5

This is my go-to spot in the morning, nice atmosphere, good customer service, this is the only place I have ever left a tipService: 4/5
