Drinks were great, drive through was relatively quick for a Saturday morning. However, food was garbage and deconstructed, like it was just thrown into the bag and passed around. Have a little pride. Update: After trying again, this time it was the wrong milk. Don't come here with any expectations. Lowered to 1 star.
This is the friendliest Starbucks I have been to, on the west coast. Keep up the good work!Food: 5/5
Waited in line for 35 min!! Never in my life should you wait that long for a coffee. When I expressed that I was upset about the wait they were very dismissive and didn’t apologize or seem to care. Even if there’s a lack of workers they should atleast warn you that the line will take a half of an hour when you order.Service: 1/5
This location is quite busy, but there has always been parking available when I visit. This location shares a building with a small restaurant next door. Unfortunately, this Starbucks location doesn't meet the same quality standards as most others I have been to. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting, and that is IF you can get the code to work. The taste and quality of their beverages vary greatly with each visit, and some of the baristas are not very welcoming. Be prepared to wait longer for your purchase at this location as they have been extremely busy every time I've been there. I recommend trying your drink to make sure it is correctly prepared prior to leaving as well. I have a different experience with every visit.
We stopped for coffees whiler traveling through. There were 3 baristas working in the back section, and we were acknowledged fairly quickly and told someone would be right with us. They do have a drive-through, and there were a couple of vehicles in it. We were told e times that someone would be right with us. After 5 min of waiting, we left. Fortunately, there was no one behind us, or I am sure they would have gotten the same treatment. Very poor service considering there were 3 people working and minimal people to serve!
I get this same order everyday, never had an issue until today. I get 4 shots of espresso to mix with my protein shake in a larger cup. This is how I got it the first time, I went back and explained what I wanted and was told the ice melted that’s why it filled the cup but we will remake it. Ok no problem gave them the benefit of the doubt they were busy and it’s first day back to school. I maybe waited 2 minutes and my name gets called again. I swear it’s the same drink so I mention it to the girl at the bar this time and get told that’s how we make it. When I started to say I get this everyday she got an attitude and said I don’t know what to tell you! Then walked off. I worked in food service I was not trying to be a “Karen”, I’ve dealt with those before and it’s not fair to the other employees but if this is what it’s coming to when a regular customer comes in whose daughter used to work there then I’d rather do it myself. I’m a firm believer in giving out what you receive and I’m not going to let this employee ruin my sons first day back at school but Starbucks you need to train your employees on how to handle issues. Mistakes happen but take accountability and fix regardless or you will lose regulars.
Certainly the dirtiest sbux i’ve been in. unfortunately restrooms were also very dirty with rolls of toilet paper on the floor and trash everywhere. sad to see as typically sbux is clean and organized. drink was 4/10Service: 1/5
No changing table in restroom and I wasn’t allowed to change my baby’s 5 months old diaper inside. Just makes me disappointed. Also no automatic doors for mobilely disabled people. NOT kid friendly, NOT baby friendly, NOT wheelchair/disability friendly. Had to change my baby’s diaper outside in her stroller - luckily it was sunny! Despite that nice baristas and good location - all you can expect from a Starbucks!
The hustle isn't anything close to what you see in Portland stores. I know, I know, I'll stop but seriously I was in a hurry so I ordered a drip coffee and Danish, said no need to heat the Danish thinking this should be quick. We'll after 5 minutes I got a hot Danish, love hot Danish but my plan failed miserably.Food: 3/5
Carol one of the drive thru ladies was super duper nice. Me and my wife were wearing matching pjs which she pointed out which was nice. She has the most wonderful attitude which is surprising for how many customers she must go through. Carol deserves a raise for sure, I don’t even live in Oregon just on vacation and I wish she worked at the one next to my house.
