Usually very good service. Today however it was horrible. I ordered and by accident put a tip of 20 usd. Right at the moment my credit card was charged, i asked the girl at the counter to cancel the transaction. I told her thar she could easily cancel and she refused. I asked her to call her manager and she told me that her manager said for me to call my credit card company. Which i did. I did not take anything that i ordered. The girls at the counter were not helpful. I felt this store is being very fraudulent. I have worked in retail and i know the transaction could be cancelled and rung up again.
I’ve only been to the drive-through at this Starbucks, and I do not have one bad thing to say! Corbin and the other baristas are friendly and quick. I never wait long for my order and whoever is behind the window is extremely friendly and helpful. In a world where kindness is rare, stopping to get my coffee is a happy point of my dayService: 5/5

The staff at this Starbucks works extremely hard and goes above and beyond to serve, deliver and support customers. As a Starbucks customer I’ve witnessed a lot of unfair treatment and rudeness towards staff at this location from not only incoming mall shoppers but even some of the actual employees whom work inside Macy’s. God bless the staff at this location and hopefully when people come to Starbucks they’ll start being more kinder and respectful to these employees because serving the public is not an easy task. Great Job!!!!
Really disappointed in the service. Went to this Starbucks a while back ago and the customer service was off. Very rude employee who’s cashier and now again coming to this Starbucks, wanted to give it another chance. Still had the same bad experience with one of the employee being rude. Very unfriendly environment. Made me even lose the urge to have my order.
I've never been to this location but I can already tell that the customer service is poor. I've been calling in to different locations to see if there are any openings since I'm looking for a first job and heard that Starbucks is a good place to start. I got on the phone with a woman not sure if it was a manager or employee, but honestly I thought the question was pretty simple so I wouldn't have to ask for the manager anyways she says "hello this is Starbucks I am never caught her name" and I said, "Good evening, I just have a quick question." I waited for her to say something or ask me what I needed and she said nothing so I continued, "Anyways, I'd like to know, are you guys hiring?" Rather than an answer she immediately hung up the phone, and it was extremely rude. This literally happened less that 20 minutes ago. I'd just like to add on by saying that it takes a lot to pick up the phone and ask these questions and disrespect from people makes it so much worse.
Upon arriving I noticed the store was empty and two staff members were stocking the dessert and food case. The barista reluctantly came over, and asked what I wanted. I submitted my ordered, paid and walked away. Now, I’m a once in awhile client but I sure do enjoy a chai tea latte venti with better customer service especially that typical Starbucks fun energy. Instead he delivers no eye contact, no fantastic Starbucks hello or even good bye, and no smile. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. Instead, it looked like he was unhappy and did not want to be there. I would suggest not hiring these types of workers as they ruin your brand.
