Pretty bad for Starbucks standards. Their drinks & food always seem to be late. It makes sense that they are constantly busy because they are on the corner of two universities. But then their store and regional managers should hire more staff and reformat the store to improve speed.  When I was in last Friday morning, they only had  4 people on staff. But there were at least 10-15 people waiting for drinks. The Starbucks in Fairmont always seems to have 5-6 people on staff and they get like 80% of the business. It's just mental in there and the Starbucks corporation should support their workers.

It is said that they’re open until 6PM, but every time I go there on Saturday or Sunday, they’re usually closed at 4-5PM. Today, for example, I went there to quickly get a coffee at 4:45PM and they were already closed. It’s super-annoying! There are a lot of flies and bugs in the food area, so I wouldn’t recommend eating that.Food: 1/5

They make their hot drinks just warm not warm and there’s stuff Not friendly. And the latte that I had doesn’t taste good

It's a shame that for a Google review you have to give at least one star. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and frankly rude to us when we were ordering. We stood right there in the line and when the person in front of us was finished, the staff member shouted "next customer" as if they thought they were working in the stock exchange. It's a shame, because the venue is lovely, but the staff really ruin the experience.

Amazing staff and great seating space! Faster service than the corporate stores only a couple blocks away.

Staff is wonderful, very pleasant to interact with. They made me special hot chocolate which I greatly appreciated and they worked in a very timely  manner, my order being done almost immediately.
