By far the absolute best Starbucks in town! If I pay over $5 for my coffee, my coffee better be right and this coffee shop nails it every time! Drinks taste amazing!

Came here to meet a friend for coffee. Staff seemed nice. At the time of posting this location has only been open for two months. The seating area and decor was clean with a warm ambiance. It’s cool that it’s in the old lansing train station building too. At the end of the day, it’s just a Starbucks. I hope they continue to treat their staff well.

The service at this location is very fast and the staff is very friendly. When I first moved to lansing I was upset that the nearest Starbucks was a bit too far for me and inside an hospital which is inconvenient. This location has such a beautiful aesthetic. Looks classy and fresh. Will definitely be conducting my study sessions here

1 it's an awkward place. Huge inside but mostly empty.  Lacks seating to utilize the space.  2 it's very much focused on drive-thru. Walking in you are likely going to be ignored.  Not being a regular I expected to be greeted at least. Nope, instead you can ponder the cryptic menu and be served once you press up to the counter. 3 coffee is hotter than the sun, which I understand some folks like. However, when the cup is so thin you cannot hang onto your piping brew, it's of little solace to know it will still be 211 degrees in 20 minutes after a few blocks walk to work. 4 leave some damn room for cream! At least ask. When you hand over that cup of lava and it's brimming over, I cannot add anything to it nor can I consume a bit to make room.

Cutest Starbucks I have ever been too! I moved to Lansing not long ago and this one is the best to go to, all of the staff are so nice and are quick with the coffee and food and always love to chat, keep up the good work!Food: 5/5

I love this Starbucks. It is big and the building is really unique. I love to study in booths, which this location has plenty of! Only downside is that it is always freezing... summer, fall, winter, spring... I have to bring a jacket and sometimes a blanket for my lap. I would also love it if they were open later than 6pm, just because I like to study in the evenings.

My drinks have always been made correctly, give or take too much cream occasionally, but I can live with that. It's when the drink tastes completely different that I'd say something but not here. They have always had great customer service and friendly staff working the window.Food: 5/5

Inside the train station and it's really a cool spot for coffee. Drive through and lots of parking were available. Worth to come check out.Food: 5/5

My wife and I picked up a couple drinks this morning while she was otw to work. I ended up rear ending someone, her brown sugar espresso went flying into the floorboard from her hand and DID NOT SPILL NOR DID THE LID COME FLYING OFF. 10/10 impressed.Food: 5/5

my barista faith went above and beyond to remake my drink when i forgot to ask for non-dairy milk for my allergy by far my favorite starbucks location!Food: 5/5
