Will never go to the Starbucks again. They try to charge me a dollar to not have ice in my drink. Said that without ice it’s giving away too much product. I will literally never go to Starbucks again before I get charged a dollar to not have something. There’s many people out there with teeth sensitivity.  People like me by the drink and save it for the morning time. They don’t care. I cannot believe how greedy this company is!! so of course I had to leave and drive all the way across town to my normal location that doesn’t charge!

the baristas were nice, and they made my drink perfectly. better than other target starbucks or even stand-alone starbucks.Food: 5/5

One of the worst Starbucks i've ever been in very poor customer service. I ordered my stuff before I went to grab what I needed from target. Thinking my food and drinks will be ready but was not ended up leaving and being cranky the rest of the day.

I am an avid Starbucks cup collector and stop in here very often to try to snag some cups I am looking for to add to my collection.  I don’t often buy drinks, but when I do they are always fast and delicious!  The employees as well as the manager are. more than helpful and go out of their way! Definitely my favorite Starbucks and there are dozens close by!

I come to the Starbucks every day and have a great experience with the manager Jen and all her employees, super friendly and they always have my drink order remembered!!!! Always made perfect!!! And today we got to meet the district manager Daniel and he was super great to us!!!! Payed for our drinks and had a good convo!!! Thanks guys!!!! Also my #1 Starbucks to go to!!!!

I was having a crazy bad morning and the folks working here made it 100x better. Jennifer was so nice and is the quickest barista I've ever seen! I forgot to ask at the counter that I wanted a hot beverage instead of iced too and the staff fixed that for me as well without a question 10/10 will be coming back here.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and always smiling. Special Navia is awesome customer service. No matter how long the line is, you get your coffee in no time with a great customer services. This is a place where I felt welcome. I really appreciate Navia and the stuff for their  amazing services.

I go to Starbucks every day.  I get the best service at this location.  The manager, Jennifer, is friendly, efficient and always makes sure that I am able to get what I need and quickly so I can get to work. It amazes me how she can remember so many people and their "usual" drinks! I work in a customer service environment and this location is a shining example of great customer service.  Some of the staff, Tia, Amanda, Anna, Eli, are the people I have the most contact with and they always make me feel special.  They are professional and friendly and work well under the pressures of all our crazy combo requests for drinks. Unfortunately, this is an industry that has a lot of turnover, but Jennifer does her best to make sure things don't fall through the cracks and now has a great team!  Keep up the good work!

Jen is the best manager ever. Anyone who says different is lying. She memorizes customer names and drinks, and makes you feel like a friend. She's awesome. She's trained Gia really well too. This is by far my favorite location.
