Ask for some ice water and told to go back in line to just get ice water. Very u professional. Dirty place dont even bother washing hands after touching the rags to wipe down the counter.Food: 1/5

If you don’t like your job, don’t work in customer service. I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. I received an attitude from an employee and he rolled his eyes at me for asking for WATER. Short African American man, glasses, reddish dark brown hair with a beard. Please do better.

The Starbucks next to the crocs store is the best Starbucks. I asked for a pour over at the kiosk and they said they didn’t make those.  The energy of the store is wonderful Scott at the register was fenomenal the baristas are friendly and super fast. My drink was ready before I even finished paying. I will return everytime I shopFood: 5/5

So, usually its fine but in the mornings theres always the same girl who makes all the drinks wrong. The fraps are watery and she is light handed on the pumps for other drinks. I usually ask for extra pumps of vanilla and end up with it being bitter cause she does half pumps.

Was busy worker rush to finish your order but the don’t do it right way we had to go back twice to get the right test and they don’t get it right at least we had coffee to us going with our shopping  Green tee late was test awful  Sorry Starbucks you didn’t get this right

Exceptional service for a location that has neverending lines inside a mall. I have nothing but respect for y'all.
