Hit or miss here with the service, availability or preorder. I have started going to the nearby Armitage/Hoyne store who always gets it right. I have shared my issues with this store with customer care a month ago.Food: 5/5

Great place to study and hang out. The location is great, as it’s directly across the street from the Western blue line. The bathroom has a door code, but the staff are always friendly and I’ve never had a problem with it. I’ve had people take my mobile orders and the staff remade my stolen drinks without an issue. Love this starbucks.

Great music, they played Blackpink followed by chill edm.The vibe is right! Everyone is kind! I was very happy one of the baristas named Ahri I think that's how it's spelled recommended the blonde vanilla latte!!!! Best latte I ever had!!!!Food: 5/5

There aren’t any hours posted in the physical store as far as I could tell. Staff didn’t tell me they were closing until after I ordered food and sat down, and then expected me to leave immediately. If they’d told me they were closing I would have gladly gotten food anywhere else instead of wasting money on food I can’t eat.

Blonde barista in pink is condescending and rude.Service: 1/5

All I ordered was a sandwich, which usually takes a couple minutes. I asked nicely for a status on the sandwich, and they just said they were backed up. Someone else asked about their order and the barista did not look into it, only said that ‘it should be ready soon.’ All the baristas were too busy making drinking drinks and taking new orders, so I just left without my sandwich. I missed 3 trains and waited 17 minutes for the sandwich.  I previously ordered a drink, they did not call my name and made it completely wrong. I mobile ordered a Frappuccino, apparently the barista made me a hot drink. They just told me that it would be ready soon, meanwhile my *wrong* drink was waiting there all along.

It was better than the coffee shop across the street. The male working cashier needs to stay off his phone while making people’s food. It’s not appropriate.

Passed by this place for 4 years and finally set foot. Great service, even when the order was messed up and issued a refund. The coffee was good and the service was good. I would come back and actually sit down to enjoy my coffee.
