Katie at this location deserves a lot of praise! My kids were running about like crazy, and I was doing everything I could to keep my composure. She made my drink first after seeing I was overwhelmed. I wish i could have given her a hug. You have a lovely, kind employee, and I am so thankful fir her act of kindness toward me.

Excellent customer service.  Stopped in 10 minutes before closing, Theo didn’t mind at all that we came at her with our 3-drink order.  So used to the mental shutdown game in the evenings now, it was refreshing to get such great customer service. Thanks Theo!

Very bad customer service... Like a motionless cold robot, the casher, Bailey, doesn’t even look at us when we place the order. In fact, I just finished reading “leading the Starbucks way” and was expecting a great service that the book brags about since I rarely go to Starbucks. Only find myself extremely disappointed. Please, if you don’t love your work, don’t show up to your work and spread that negativity over the customers. definitely not meeting up to the standard :
