Came in to the store due to BOGO fall drinks on Thursday sept only, after noons. I got two drinks and used app to pay. I didnt get BOGO. Went up to cashier to have them refund the drink - she couldn't. Said it was too late. She said I needed to ask for BOGO to get it.Food: 3/5
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Starbucks. Their drinks taste the same regardless of location, unlike Dunkin's. As a company, they do a fantastic job. Always clean, friendly, and great customer service at all of their locations.Food: 5/5
The order by phone app was left on but because there were only 2 people working the customers that were coming to the window the dining room was closed were given 2nd priority...so we had to stand out in the cold. Had we known ahead of time we would have just used the drivethru. Coffee orders were correct and tasted fine. Lack of staffing seemed to be the issue.
My new favorite Starbucks. I live in Boston, where there are plenty of Starbucks but none like this one. The first thing that sets this Starbucks apart from others is the space and light. There are wall to wall windows and an open floor plan with plenty of seating. The bathroom is easily accessible and there is a sink out in the open between the two bathrooms, making it great for washing up. Service was fairly fast given the long line of cars at the drive thru but they had plenty of baristas to handle it. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is by far my favorite. The layout and full windows are unique.The location is convenient, right across from a hotel and in the up and coming Harbor Point are, close to restaurants, the Thruway and the Utica Auditorium. Most importantly, the drinks were on point. I will definitely be stopping by again when traveling to Utica.
Food is delicious, the serving size is a little small for me, but it's great. The service is pretty fast, depends on how busy it is. And the Atmosphere is very cozy, you can study, eat, and just enjoy the food.Food: 5/5
I ordered via mobile app for pick up, I received a notification from the Starbucks app that the order was ready. Upon entering I checked the ready orders section and my drinks were empty yet labeled. I asked the person at the register about my pickup and that both drink containers were empty. The person looked at me as if I was a lunatic, brushed me off and said it will be ready soon. What is the point of ordering ahead when people going through the drive through get their orders first. Great way to start off my weekend Starbucks... If the owner or company sees this please get this corrected. As for me I will just take my business to Dunkin.

As I write this review, after long deliberation. I have finally worked up the courage to speak on the transgression of one Starbucks employee, the name tag read, "Amelia." if I recall correctly. I am extremely devastated to say that my time at this branch of Starbucks, was one of the most miserable experiences that I have had in the entirety of my twenty years of life. I have NEVER received customer service so poor. This was very disappointing to me as I have been a consumer of Starbucks products for a very lengthy period of time, and have never experienced service like I did. This was my first and will be my last time at Utica Starbucks. This employee, not only made comments in which brought me severe discomfort, as I went through the drive through. But also, appeared very miserable serving me. When I was nothing but respectful and kind. This is very out of character for a typical Starbucks employee which is usually very cheery and welcoming. I did not feel welcomed and most certainly will not be back. I recommend this is resolved before any further incidents. Absolutely upsetting. However my coffee was great. Hence one star.
