I like to study here and the staff are great. Their service is pretty prompt in my experience. The food and drinks are as expected at your usual Starbucks.  One thing I’ll say is they might be able to improve their atmosphere if they didn’t play clubbing/runway music at 7am. Perhaps I need better headphones.

Went through the drive through this morning, with my granddaughter. Today is her birthday. When I mentioned it to the staff and asked them were they not going to sing to her they all came together on queue without hesitation, and sang  happy birthday to her.! What an amazing bunch  of young professional people ! Very spontaneous quick on their feet and efficient.Awesome !!! Service way to go Starbucks employees.!!!!

Great friendly staff & my order is consistent everytime. Today I added Oat Milk to my Pike and what a game changer. It's great to see dairy alternatives available. Best breakfast sandwich is the Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg. Great modern atmosphere.  Parking: Parking lot usually busy at certain times, but this location does have a drive through.

Stopped by the Starbucks drive-thru today. The staff was all smiles and friendliness. Big shoutout to the guy handling orders - crystal clear and easy to understand. And talk about efficiency! I was caffeinated and on my way in no time. Two thumbs up!Food: 5/5

Persistent Service and Professionalism Issues at Local Starbucks, Especially with Manager Prudence  My experiences at a specific Starbucks location have been consistently marred by poor service, most notably from the manager, Prudence. Her behavior and management style significantly detract from the Starbucks experience I have come to expect.  The issues are multifaceted, ranging from her approach to the refill policy, where she demands to see an empty cup, to her overall demeanor. A particularly disappointing instance involved a payment with a large bill, where Prudence, after reluctantly checking the till, slammed the change onto the counter and instructed me rudely to count it.  Additionally, the preparation of pour-over coffee is repeatedly slower than the standard timeframe, often resulting in a cold beverage. This is exacerbated by Prudence's apparent lack of prioritization; I have observed her engaging in conversations with other staff members instead of promptly handing over my drink, even when it is ready. This lack of attention to customer service is frustrating and not indicative of the efficient, customer-focused experience typically provided at other Starbucks locations.  These ongoing issues, particularly under Prudence’s oversight, have negatively impacted my view of this Starbucks store. I hope this detailed account of my experiences leads to improvements in service quality and professionalism, aligning with the high standards of the Starbucks brand.

Really great and fast service!! I forgot to told them that I wanted my drink on ice, I told the employee when I was at the window and she didn’t event get upset. She was super nice, super comprehensible and did an extra drink for me!!
