There were four people working, but they seemed to be in slow motion.  Drinks weren't appearing very quickly, and the drive thru activity wasn't frantic.  After loitering a while and taking pictures, I was finally asked about ordering. I pointed out I was waiting on a mobile order. Boy was that ticket found fast and that drink appeared quickly! They just didn't have it together.  Thankfully my chocolate cream cold brew tasted good. I will say, I think my photography set them on edge, and they probably heard me explain to someone that I do it for review purposes.

I scored a nice corner spot in a cozy leather chair, away from the hustle and bustle so I was able to get a LOT of work done. Plug nearby - bonus! Warm turkey sandwich with pesto was missing the sriracha so I had to ask for some. The gentleman was very apologetic and grabbed me a side packet but quite inconvenient since I was on a call. Overall, I would go back…but would only stay if I got the corner seat away from the noise and had a full belly!
I’m fairly frustrated. I’m not a picky person and will give someone a million chances. However, my drinks are wrong here more often than they are right. This is the only location I have this issue at. My drinks are uncomplicated menu drinks. I constantly get hot when I want iced, venti when I ordered grande, and the espresso is burnt to a crisp. Their machines desperately need recalibrated. Additionally they are routinely completely out of most breakfast food by 10 am and by afternoon will be out of everything. Starbucks has an algorithm to tell how many of what items to defrost every day. This location is obviously not utilizing that. The barista at the window is also supposed to chat with the customer and ensure drinks are correct. However at this location the window is shut and the barista will stand there waiting for the drinks to be completed. When an issue is brought up the attitude is uncaring and more often than not I’m given a shrug and asked “sure you don’t just want this one?”. So I can either throw my drinks away or drive down to the Starbucks in the HEB parking lot to be fixed. The baristas there say it’s extremely common to get remakes from this particular location and even comment how chaotic this location is. The baristas are friendly and certainly busy, but there are many areas of improvement. These issues have been going on for a while now.
I order my drink 30 mins before I get there and don’t wanna start it till I walk in then tell me “the cold brew needs to be cr angled and won’t be ready for another 20 mins” mind you it’s 7pm and dead in there so if ur slow ahh was doing your job instead of having a party you’d know that it needed to be changed and I’d have my drink when I get there…. I love the morning crew but the afternoon is lazy and slow brained
The workers are very rude for some reason? They act like it’s a personal robbery when we ask for light ice. We pay $7 dollars for a coffee so I think it’s justified to ask for less than a full cup of frozen tap water. One worker told us that if we want light ice, she won’t fill the drink all the way… like, really? About 70% of the time, our light ice order comes out to be a FULL cup of ice. I have been feeling quite scammed lately & that feeling is amplified by a side order of sass!
Never had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. An older lady that handed me my order through the drive through window was very rude and was basically yelling at me to turn my windshield wipers off because she didn't want the rain to splash on her- which I get- but I didn't understand what she was saying the first time because it was pouring out so she stands there with the window closed yelling with an angry look on her face which made me want to just leave without my order. She clearly didn't want to be there.
Rude staff here every time I go. Take too much time to make anything and they make it absolutely carelessly.Food: 1/5
I don't know if it was just a bad day, but I went through the drive thru and the lady took my order. It took longer than five minutes for me to even get the payment taken. Then she wants to ask for a tip. And my order was wrong. My food wasn't warmed and I told her I never had a lemonade, it was sour with no sugar. Didn't disclose that it wasn't sweetened or if it was supposed to be, they did not do it for me. Horrible. Never experienced service like this.
I’m kind, I like people to be kind back. nothing fancy, just not rude. I’ve dumped too many coffees and experienced too many unhappy employees at this location.Food: 3/5
