I hate to give a negative review since I've been going to this location on and off for over a decade but... Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. Can't figure out why. Ordered a frapacinno at 3:32. Didn't get it until 3:54.
 I've never waited less than 15 minutes for a drink here, regardless of if I use mobile order or not. 
Nice baristas, though.

There was only 3 people working and it took 15 mins for me to get my drinks. The barista made about 10 drinks for the drive through before making my drink then waited to do a few more before making my 2nd drink. I asked and the other cashier said I just went and got her Syrup. No ma'am! I saw she got the syrup way before. It's ridiculous and poor customer-service.

OK if you like over priced coffee, service was great, pastries were nice but still over priced. Starbucks is an idea that you pay for, not a real coffee shop. Sort of an ice cream shop for millennial coffee drinkers instead of a place for people who love fine coffee.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I went around 12:15 on a Monday afternoon. After waiting in the drive through line that was not moving for about 5 minutes, I decided to go in. I ordered two coffees. It literally took me 30 minutes to order and receive my coffee!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is taking me 15- 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. I stopped going inside because it churned my stomach to watch how they operate.  Car's behind me did what I sometimes have to do, they left without ordering. So after 20 min they got my drink wrong. smh
