I came here today to ask for the code for the restroom and the STAFF IS SO RUDE! DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE. I was not acknowledged even though there was 5+ employees working, everyone looked past me and didn't even care to ask me what I needed. It took a good 5 mins and that's only because I asked several times until they decided they wanted to acknowledge me. I was going to order something but changed my mind after the rude ass customer service. I honestly have never seen such horrible customer service, I can't even put it into words. Please do not come here!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The bathrooms are also disgusting with no toilet paper and overfilled trash cans. By far the most disgusting, horrible place I have ever been to. Please save your money and time and DO NOT COME HERE!!

I go to this Starbucks every week once or twice a week and only received a correct order maybe twice. They are more focused on getting the drinks out quickly instead of correctly.

This is a terrible Starbucks franchise. I really enjoy Starbucks, but this place is filthy and the baristas are rude. I tried using their restroom by asking the access code and they completely ignored me.

This is a pretty good Starbucks, the employees really make up for the lack of atmosphere. I've always been able to forge good barista-coffee drinker relationships here. The seating area is kind of a depressing sight, though.

No outlets in store. Clearly wired for them, but they are all just box covers with no plugs. Shame on this Starbucks.
