I might be being harsh, but I frequent many Starbucks locations and have high expectations (which most locations usually meet).  This location frequently has a 5+ car line at the drive through.  The service inside the store is slow too.  I prefer to order ahead with the app about 10 minutes ahead of time to avoid having to wait.  However, several times after placing a mobile order I'll come in to pick it up only to discover the employees haven't picked  the ticket yet, so I end up having to wait anyway.  Also, the entrance and exit to this location is circuitous and limited.  Not very convenient.

They keep getting new personnel and 1 out of 5 times they mess up the order. For the most part it is a pleasant experience.

The young woman working the drive through this afternoon (12:30 PM) was not engaged when taking my order and my money.  She was short and did not seem thrilled to be working.  The line was also very slow, so they may have been short staffed, or she may be new and requires more customer service training.  Other staff that I have encountered have been very nice.
