Very updated and trendy atmosphere. Liked it. Friendly staff staff, though a bit under trained. Didn't mind it. Friendliness overrode that. Thumbs up.

Great friendly staff, starting with the manager(s.) They go out of their way to make your beverage just how you like it and when you're a regular with a consistent order they'll know before you even say anything. Their parking lot & access off of the street can be a challenge at busy times, but the friendly staff more than make up for it. (And anyway, it's not up to the barristas to design the parking, now is it? No!)

Favorite location in the Eau Claire area! Super friendly staff, clean area, and have been randomly gifted coffee by several strangers from the drive-thru! Always smiling leaving with coffee in hand

Most times I come to Starbucks they have excellent service! Yummy coffee drinks for sure. Great for a little bit of comfort

This is a great place to go for dinner and they always have good steak. You'll spend a little more here than at other places but it's so worth it.
