I have had great service and have been astoundingly let down. It is a real up and down place. I would love to see more upbeat more often.

Been here often. Service has always been good. They do what they can. Small location, not enough "close" parking spots.

The service was very disappointing. I came in for a treat with my daughter. The barista on register offered no smile, even after I tried to compliment the cute pastries. Dead silence. Awkward. The bar barista called out my drink without even looking at me. She couldn't even mutter a thanks. The atmosphere this morning was very unfriendly and unlike any other visits I've had at other locations.

Services is so-so, the place is not well kept.  If I am going to pay $5.00+ for a cup of coffee, I would like a clean and neat place to drink it in.
