Fast, professional service, unfortunately not friendly makes it an uncomfortable environment. Sorry to sound negative, it's merely an FYI from one long-time loyal Starbucks customer that rarely gives less than a four star rating. BTW have been to Starbucks all over the U.S.A, Netherlands, Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and Mexico. Absolutely, no intentions of ill will, just a friendly recommendation in hopes of a smiles and friendliness. Take care and maintain the professionalism.

Someone please show this location how to make a proper salted Carmel frap! I’ve been to this location  a handful of times and every time I’ve been here they’ve failed to make this drink right! I just want what I paid for, is that to much to ask?

This is the second time coming to this Starbucks and print an ice coffee. They clearly do not listen tot the customer, I asked for it to be sweetend and they haven't. Today I even asked the girl handing it to me "it's seeetend right?" She looked at me and before I was done talking said, "yes it is" I guess I will just have to get my coffee in Tracy before getting in the freeway for work.

Very slow, very rude, and not worth the trip. The one at stadium center is top notch. Drive an extra 5 mins for excellent service.

I enjoy going too this Starbucks establishment, the staff are always pleasant, you do not have to wait long to get your drink made to perfection, I meet my daughter and her boyfriend, it is always wonderful, great place to catch up😊 free Wi-Fi is always a plus as well.
