The espresso hopper was really dirty. I understand that the milk bar is usually dirty at Starbucks but the Barista side, especially espresso machine which makes my drink,should be completely clean according to my expectations.

A poorly maintained store. When you visit, you can see trash all over the tables and the ground. Flies are flying over your drink. It's usually busiest on the weekend in Serramonte Shopping Center, but the manager only put one partner to make beverages, so you can always expect a long, long line. Sigh.

I can see why there is a group of elderly people here. It's a pretty cozy place to hang out

Two girls working there are not friendly at all in fact they are kind of rude, you guys should have better customer service! I am talking about the one inside of Target store.
