Good service is hard to come by and clearly this location is lacking in that department. My order was completely forgotten about and there were no other orders placed. Didn't even offer an apology after I had reminded the clerk that i had placed in order and haven't gotten my items yet.

They make a good, quick cup of coffee here. I've only had them mess up an order once, and that was on a busy night and quickly rectified.

Drive through line moved at brisk pace but communication was terrible. Had to repeat my order multiple times while they were giggling into the microphone. Handed the wrong drinks but they quickly caught the mistake. Unfortunately our orders had been overflowed and rather than clean them up with a napkin they handed them to us as they dropped coffee onto the interior of my car. 

Usually it's good service. Not this time around. Hopefully this was just people being trained or some bad employees being weeded out.

This may just be me used to other stores but I have no idea how they managed to be so inefficient with so many people working and and there being virtually no line. Stopped to study here because my friend works in the area. I ordered drinks twice and they got them wrong twice (both on the order entry). This store may need additional training and a discussion regarding standards and efficiency.

The worst starbucks caffee ever, i asked caramel macchiato, the flavor it was  only like milk and also she didn't put any caramel in this caffee, i saw the rate but i taked a chance cause i thought maybe i will be lucky,  but definitely it's really very very bad starbucks caffee shop
