Every Starbucks I've ever been too has never given me issues like this one. The people aren't that friendly. There drive through is dangerous and should be shut down. I waited 20 minuets for my drink and it was simple. They forgot mine. I understand they were busy but seriously. They are always ridiculously busy and its hell.

One of the worst Starbucks I've been to but also the only one in Lawton. It's regularly dirty (tables don't get dropped down, chairs have footprints on them, floors are gross) and there are always flies... if you are willing to deal with it to enjoy the general atmosphere of most coffee shops then go for it but as soon as another sit down coffee shop comes to Lawton, OK I will be taking my business elsewhere. Note: the employees are always nice.

The staff in there act like their to good to be true. Can't stand when people are rude and nose in the air with something up their ass, work staff. Except the two people with the green colored hair. They have always been nice and always pleasant. I love Starbucks, but will not be coming back to this one anymore.

This location gave me my green tea latte with at least two inches below my lid. If I had noticed before I got down the road, I would've taken it back and asked for a refund!!! These drinks are too expensive to get shafted on the amount given in the cup.!!!! I wish I could say this was the first time it happened.

Very slow service every time I have gone. Staff is somewhat pleasant but that is about it.
