I go to this Starbucks every singe day. Today I went there and it was absolutely terrible. I always order a black tea with extra sweetener. And today it was basically sweetened water, when I sent it back I got a completely different drink. When I returned it the third time I was given attitude. And the drink was the exact same as the first time. Probably won't be going to this location anymore.

I love coming to this Starbucks. Its a great place for me and my roommates to come get coffee and get homework done. The workers are amazing.The music is somewhat loud but I usually have my headphones on so I can't hear their music over mine.

Great Starbucks, friendly workers, but not somewhere to stay for a long time. I suggest the Junction Starbucks to work on homework or work. Crossroads is too cold to sit for a long time.
