Have been here a couple of times while staying in Cheyenne.  Wait was a little longer than usual but the drinks turned out pretty good.  Wish it wasn't inside of a Safeway though when all I'm stopping for is a cup of coffee but it's not a huge deal.

THEY CLOSE AT SEVEN EVERY NIGHT! Google is wrong, but I'm told they can't change the hours on Google. Some corporate Safeway thing. 

Other than that, this place has my favorite baristas in Cheyenne! They are always nice and willing to talk and listen to you. The are not uppity and better-than-you like baristas tend to be. The new kiosk is very clean, the seating is convenient, and they get the drinks out fast.

I got Chai lattes both times driving through Cheyenne. They were consistently quick and friendly. A great addition to our cross country trip.
