Hate the new remodel. Not warm or conducive to conversation. Leather chairs are not comfortable and don't face each other. Whole of interior looks like a Jr. High school gym after a PTA meeting. Also, the acoustics suck! Every chair moved is equivalent to nails on a chalkboard. My head hurts!

I'm not one to write many reviews, but I'm getting very frustrated with this store downtown. When I put a mobile order in 20 minutes before I come into the shop, and its not ready, its quite irritating. This has happened numerous times, but I guess today was the last straw for me. 
Today, I ordered a Venti Iced White Mocha & a bagel, from the mobile app, while I was pumping gas, I stopped at not 1, but 2 more stores before I headed to Starbucks. Finally made my way there, and unlike all of the other stores in chico, they do not display the mobile order drinks. So, I proceeded to ask for my order but couldn't get either girls attention, I know they saw me too. I waited several minutes until another person came over, and asked for hers (quite rudely). I guess that got their attention. 
So, I finally get my drink... But no bagel. I asked about it, and was told the other girl "should be" taking care of it, but not once did she ask. So the other one comes over, and I asked her about it, turns out it was next to my drink behind the counter the whole time. 
Lets fast forward to when I left, got to work. I opened my bagel, but no cream cheese. Awesome. I took a sip of my drink. Holy hell was that sweet. There was no espresso in it! (Second time that's happened to me at this store)

Moral of the story, never coming to this one again, but A+ to all the other stores in Chico!

Free wifi, good drinks, comfortable atmosphere. Some of my best days started here.

Classy, elegant, meh as far as the coffee and food goes but four stars as far as the location goes!

I love coffee but seems to me Starbucks only has one type... dark roast. What happened to light and medium roasts beans? Darker beans have a stronger flavor not more caffeine. I would like to see more or a variety of coffee baked beans.
