i go there multiple
times a day & a couple of the
employees actually know me & know my order. they're always super nice to me & my
son (the ones that know us). the ones who don't are kind of snotty & give dirty looks. not to mention when you go inside to get a drink it takes FOREVER. most of them are so unorganized & just stand around talking instead of doing their job. don't like your job? then quit. had to wait over 30 min JUST for a cake pop for my son, that was a bit ridiculous.

The staff here is always great!! My order has never been wrong & the wait isn't long.

I went  through the drive thru only to wait 8 mins before they took my cash and then another 6 mins to get my coffee

Great staff. Drive thru or walk-in, great service, plenty of seating, not too loud and great for groups.
