I've been drinking Starbucks since their existence  that should tell you how I feel about them.

Ever since they changed the layout it’s almost like they don’t want people to spend time there. I go here all the time before work to do homework and now none of the outlets are near a table. They essentially made it smaller too. Also customer service could use some work, the tall blond that works there in the morning of often rude.

Still after the remodel you guys still can't get it right. Sticking to the new Starbucks on 41.

Love this Starbucks! Whether in the drive thru or inside, the service is always friendly and swift.

So busy it makes me feel like a faceless non-person. Apparently not allowed to make quick chit-chat to make the custom feel welcomed.
