I stop in here every two weeks with my back and fourth from Chicago. There are a few employees that are nice and willing to help and take my order how I ask. However there are a few and one today named Lisa in black and white stripes. I ask for a pour over every time because that what I like. The Asian lady who is super nice and trying so hard but her accent can prove challenging for some took my order, no issues. Lisa treated her terribly and talking to her like she is a child because Lisa couldn't understand her at first and also kept saying just give him what brewed. I don't wan't what's brewed I asked for a pour over. She then proceeded to tell her to tell me it's going to take a while in a very loud condescending tone all the while right in front of me and knowing I can hear. I told the Asian lady thank you I know it's what I get all the time I am ok with waiting. Lisa needs to go to charm school and realize we spend $5 for drinks because we want them how we want them. I can spend a $1 and go to mcdonalds where Lisa might need to work.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to .the lady that took my order was rude and also service was for slow. I waited at least 10 minutes for 1 drink and there was only one car in front of me
