Great drinks, however I read online about how the baristas hate people for asking something from the "secret menu", I understand they don't know how to make it (which is why the customers provide the recipe) but the attitude towards the customers for wanting to trying something new is just very poor. I don't want to name the person specifically, as I'm sure she doesn't truly mean harm, but just a talk to the employees about their attitude would be more than enough. Thank you!

After reading other people having the same issue with customer service- and with nothing being done- I've changed my 4 star to a 1.

Now, normally I would not give a great review if I had to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes for two hot beverages. But, this is a popular location in town and they can get very crowded. But, when it happened this last time… the drinks were free. This is why they are 5 stars to me… customer service.
