My wife and I went in on 7/23/17 and ordered 2 Carmel Macchiatos. They proceeded to fill orders for customers that arrived 5 minutes after we placed our order. When we asked (nicely) if they possibly forgot our order  an older heavy set lady got extremely snippy.
 Needless to say, there are many different options for coffee in and around the Whitefish area so we most likely will not be visiting again.
